By booking a photography session with Carl Thomson, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. Full payment is required to secure your booking.
1.2. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment and a signed agreement.
1.3. Payments can be made via [bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted payment methods].

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

2.1. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may be rescheduled subject to availability.
2.2. Cancellations within 72 hours of the shoot are non-refundable.
2.3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, travel restrictions), Carl Thomson reserves the right to reschedule or offer a full refund.

3. Location and Time

3.1. The shoot will take place at an agreed-upon location within the French Riviera region. Locations outside this area may incur additional travel fees.
3.2. The session will last one hour, starting promptly at the scheduled time. Delays caused by the client may result in reduced shoot time.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1. The client is responsible for ensuring timely arrival and readiness for the shoot.
4.2. If specific shots or themes are desired, they must be communicated in advance.

5. Delivery of Images

5.1. Edited high-resolution images will be delivered within 14 days after the clients selection has been made via an online gallery.
5.2. The number of final images provided will be 10, selected by the client in a private online gallery
5.3. Additional edits or extra images may be requested for an additional fee.

6. Copyright and Usage

6.1. All images remain the copyright of Carl Thomson.
6.2. The client receives a personal-use license for the final delivered images. Commercial use requires prior written consent.
6.3. Carl Thomson reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Liability

7.1. Carl Thomson is not responsible for adverse weather conditions, restrictions at the chosen location, or any other factors beyond his control.
7.2. In the unlikely event of equipment failure or loss of images, Carl Thomson’s liability is limited to a full refund of the shoot cost.
